Fell off my skateboard today in a manner my brother described as "epic" and which I don't remember the middle of (I went from "oh shit" to "why am i napping on dirt oh yeah right ow"). Hooray for armored jackets and helmets (the latter not even scratched; I rolled sideways when I landed)!

Back hurts like 🤬 but my brother (to whom I gifted my first eskate) said "that was the most fun I've ever had on a skateboard" so I'm calling the day a net win.
