    Early work on porting @gwidion 's 2006 patch for "free angle" guides to GIMP 3's API. A lot has changed in the code since then!

    Video of GIMP workspace. The focus is on the work-in-progress "free angle" guides. The measure tool is used to create two diagonal guides. Then, the "New Guide" script dialogue is shown to now have a "Free Angle" option for orientation, with an Angle entry field to make a more precise free angle guide.
