The rest of the survey is also bad, but that particular question made me utter intensely profane and blasphemous remarks.

I'm an epidemiologist and, yeah, those options are poison because they're making assumptions; comfort==use. I'm very comfortable with LLMs and because of that I absolutely won't use them except to occasionally generate slop examples to use with students.
