(1/3) What many do not understand about the Venezuelan resources in oil: It's very **heavy, tar-like high-sulfur (sour) crude** for the most part. Main refineries for this particular crude are owned by Chevron (who have continually received crude from Venezuela) and in Shandong province(at least one of the stolen tankers was going to go there, similar to the 2020 seizure).
