@itamarst check out https://laminarcollective.com/ if you haven't already. The spring group buy is full, but it sounds like there will be a fall one, plus they've got a load of research you can read through. (I got my heat pump through the fall Laminar buy with Elephant/Forge, and that worked basically fine. The issues weren't too bad and were more Elephant/Forge than Laminar - though might be lessened when they're dealing with fewer customers.)

@adehnert Thank you, very helpful resource. I'm also curious about how well they work. What kind of house do you live in, if I can ask, and what as your experience with the heating, if you have ductless?

@itamarst I'm in the bottom two floors of a normal (?) Somerville triple decker. I have a ducted heat pump, unfortunately (it works great - no obvious regression from the old furnace).
