@keepassxc maybe info about that could be added to the download page, right below where it says that the VC redistributable is required. I was pulling my hair out and would have never guess that remote desktop would be a problem.

Or maybe make it work the first time you launch KeepassXC and ask whether this anti-recording feature should be enabled? Or detect the presence of common remote desktop apps like Teamvier, Anydesk and whatnot?
