@jztusk There used to be this massive industrial surplus vendor in Dayton, Ohio, called Mendelssohn's. They had an entire room of just vacuum tubes, and one of these machines to ensure you weren't buying a dud.

Closed permanently a few years ago and is now being turned into fancy loft apartments. I miss that place.
