Pro-tips if phone-averse (as I am):

-Call offices after hrs & leave a VM
-Pre-record yourself reading the script & play it back when you call

As someone who processes a inboxes for public figures: calls & faxes can be more effective than emails. Email may not be processed until after a "surge" of comms has died down in your rep's office.

Faxes are hard copies & calls engage with a human. More immediacy than a possibly unread email.

All these approaches will alert them it's an urgent issue!
