Lost count of how many just local fascists that I'd gleefully drown in an urban fountain pool, if I could get away with it. Pipedreams are better than just festering with anger.

Does it have facilities for post-fountain disposal? You wouldn't want the fountain to be spoiled by the remains. Or perhaps some kind of omnivore fish?
