Ok, 1.1 is still being worked on. I switched to the native Eloquence path for German, which speeds up responsiveness big time, but gets rid of some special pronunciations that I wanted. So, I'm working on this now, but then it should be done, hopefully with better sample rates and a much more original ECI.dll as far as functions and their return values go.
