Apparently, July is #DisabilityPrideMonth.

I'm getting older, and a little less capable every year. But short of a future point when I'm using a walker or in possession of an accessible parking pass, I don't feel that I know at what point I have any right to self-apply the label.

I don't wish to appropriate anything. So I don't use that label yet. But I'm at a point where I'm acutely aware of how, even with other factors aside, disability is just a "when" thing for us all.

To my disabled sisters, brothers and others, I see you. I love you. I want to help make the world a little better for you, and all of us. 💜
