Reviewing them would be more work than drafting them yourselves I guess? ToS-review in Belgium would be around 600 EUR (but 10 pages seems a lot more than we would have). (Some go lower and promise to deliver in 48 hours, but meh, don't do that)

25 questions: No idea, this is a minefield. Have them draft 10 questions up front before giving a fee. I don't like to bill hourly, but this one, I'd might do hourly.
