I'd expect document review (TOS, privacy policy) to be pretty straightforward -- maybe an hour or two for each doc. But "please review all our client communications" and "please answer these 25 questions" are kind of open-ended, depending on how much detail the client is wanting/needing.

@brunogirin @neil (And even the doc review can be worse if the client is expecting to hand you a bunch of gibberish and have you rewrite the whole thing into something coherent)
