you reckon these fuckers would be at it this freely if they were gettin cracked in the mouth and their wallet taken every couple of days

crime is how the posh learn to watch their fuckin step

have you seen the price of anything?

corporations used their sway to push the honest criminal out, and took over, so none of that wealth flows to the people

they gentrified mugging, is what they did

this country needs more crime. the falling crime rate is a falling redistribution rate, and has only made the rich and their bougie collaboraters stronger

seriously you'd be surprised at some of the places I've worked, several "oooh" conversation starters in interview cos everyone's either heard of them or they sound intriguing.

but no I am absolutely not putting "please stalk and murder me" details like that online lol

well, technically critic and consultant, but that's one of the project things so

(also i was an archivist and a records and various kind of admin person, of the sort that on paper does forms but in practice does esoteric and boring but very powerful bureaucracy spellcasting. But if I do get back on that next year it'll be part time and remote, and additive, so, for now, just critic)

I have lived in this area for 5 years, and plan to for another one, while I finish up some projects that I'll spend much of November planning after the move

Failing that, I am also looking at rooms to rent just for me, which oh my god I really do not want to have to move again at all, but my current place is only temporary

same requirements there, apart from the bike and extra bathroom. And if I go on my own, I'm covid consciouss and would strongly prefer to move in with someone else who is too.. And as few people as possible. And not with any men.

Which never used to be such a hard thing to find, but 🤷‍♀️

I would strongly prefer not to deal with agencies, who in my experience are liars and incompetents who lie to and cheat and rip off both parties.

Personally, I'm not bothered about the second bathroom, so at a push that can go, but the rest is not really possible to drop.

We want a place for the three of us, not to add to an even bigger place. That's too many factors and none of us are 19 anymore.

The "disabled" part will never affect you/a landlord. We are independent and sort out our own needs (living together being a major means, for example).

East London! Do you have or know of a flat/house with three bedrooms available to rent from mid-October?

A lecturer, retraining doctor, and me, a media critic (for 12 years, oh my god) are looking for somewhere as close as possible to the Bow/Hackney kind of area. Two bathrooms (or one and a second toilet) and parking space for a motorbike, and room for a bicycle are needed. We all want to stay for at least a year due to ongoing commitments, and we all want to save money because we're disabled and shit is really goddamn scary rn

Thank you!

denormalise normals

those fuckers have had long enough

I swear there is a correlation between "days where I feel like I smell weird, almost like the night tablets?" and "days where day meds allow me to fuckin WORK and not just stare at the work feeling anxious and frustrated"

I realise that may sound absurd but it has enough of a "plausible physiological link that nobody will directly profit from researching therefore they don't" feeling that it... actually worries me because I do not want to smell like tablets ty

sometimes she's on the phone but has them on speakerphone, so I get to hear them both fucking yelling at each other so loud that I can make it all out even with headphones on

i do not understand the mind of the normal. i do not wish to

you would think that, living in london, it would be the cars, the trains, or the low flying aeroplanes that did my fucking head in. But it's not. It is one woman in a whole other building who cannot stop fucking bellowing everything she says, all the time

"whoooooa what if you could wear computer

what if you could talk to computer

what if you could fuck co mputer

what if you could cooking computer"

WHAT IF YOU HAD A PERSONALITY

listen

I don't want to wear computer

why the fuck would i wear computer

fucking nerds just learn to dress, you're not fooling anyone

It doesn't appear to tell you what exactly you're joining, whihc is silly. At least, not in browser. presumably it does when it opens the software itself

i think that should let people join a specific deck on the ship. I am using element but I think you can use other alternatives that hook into matrix

do not expect me to understand the technicals of this, I have been on masto since 2017 and still don't know how it works beyond vague intuitions
