@ai6yr @phaysis Texas hasn't had a day without a fatality on its roads since Nov 7, 1999. Their roadway design choices mean they may never have another day without one. This is one example but it's systemic throughout the state. The last TXDOT engineer I talked to told me it's impossible that they could have a fatality-free day.
