1. At lunch time I went to get a few things. It was warm, 32ºC on the parking lot of the pharmacy, 30ºC on the little park side. Then I stopped at the café, of course warmer in there, one glass door open. I ended up having my espresso standing outside, it was cooler.
2. No breeze at that hour.
3. Got supplies late in the afternoon, salads, cherry tomatoes, etc.
And of course there is no such a thing as too much cheese in stock.

Morning walk
As the sun doesn't rise till 7:15am at least I can have a nice walk in the morning (temps 20-22ºC). 😀
There was a few dogs being walked at that hour.
Note: apparently Summer will be around till at least the 24th 🙄 with one or 2 days a little bit
lower.

As I went to check my weight I took a different route to Lidl.

2. Looking at the hill on the other side of the expressway from the back to Lidl

That's not good!
I went to check my weight and I have 300 grams more than last month.😞
Same machine, similar clothes.
I blame it on the heat waves. 😠
I can't keep a decent pace of daily exercise with all this vey hot days.
Well, hopefully Summer will be over soon.
In the meantime the new heat wave is now official Saturday thru Monday.

Note: I behaved myself. I didn't have those. I just had to look at them meanwhile I was having something else.

A lovely walk this afternoon.
Maybe I shouldn't be calling it a walk.
It took me 1.5h to go from one beach to the other because I stopped often to look at the view, breath the cool Atlantic air.
Very relaxing. 😀

Well, may as well enjoy today and tomorrow, and the not. so hot Friday.

At the café several people were talking about rain tonight.
I just checked the forecast, yeah, they are saying 51% chance of rain at 1am.
I´ll believe when I see.

A short while ago on my way to Lidl.
"Aww. Hellooo. Aww. Sidney. Aww ❤️ ❤️ "
"Aww. You look so cute. Aww."
"I didn't see you during the heat. 😟 "
"Were you OK? Aww."
Sidney was in the inside of the little fence.
He politely guides me to the corner where it's easy for me to give him his treats.
"Aww. You are still not afraid of me" as he sticks his mouth right next to my fingers.
He munches away as I tell him how cute his white socks look.

The heat comes back Saturday 🙄 but at least before we have 4 days of normal pleasant temperatures of 24-25ºC. 😀

Medium walk this afternoon
The sky is going back to its normal colour.(pic 1)
Then I had a surprise.
I had never seen fruit on the gingko tree.
Unfortunately the strong wind didn't make it easy to take a pic (2)
And in anyway lots of it were already on the ground. (pic 3)

Now lasagna followed by feet up and some reading.
"We solve murders" is getting more interesting as I go along.

I went into town this morning.
I had a couple of things to take care and by the time I was done it was past 10am,
I didn't walk to the beach the sun was a bit too hot.
I did walk a little bit around the park though.

Note: I was looking the receipt. Interesting the cheese has 6% sales tax but for the lasagna is 23%.
Food is 6% so I guess lasagna is not food. Governments are always creative on the tax thing.
