@krutonium The nixPath bit is convenient *if* you still want to use the classic Nix/Lix CLI on channel-free systems. It populates your $NIX_PATH such that you can still d things like `nix repl -f "<nixpkgs>"`. Or use `nix-shell` (not sure whether it works without it).
