The future will be determined not by technology, but by critical reasoning and living with intent. Short form content is actively sapping the attention spans of *everyone*, young and old. The difference is that the older among us remember a time we can reference to realign ourselves. The newer generation doesn't have that.
Limit your dopamine intake. Add friction to your tasks (writing with a pen and paper vs digitally). Read a physical book, with ink. Hold a real, in-person conversation with someone for an hour. These are the skills that will be in demand in the future. It doesn't seem like much, but it matters more than you think.
The rich are taking their kids out of public school and into private institutions where tech is limited and studying is done with analog tools. They know the truth, and are trying to hide it from you. It's never too late to forge a new path.
