@quixoticgeek I've been reading that as a total per producer, but now not sure anymore... Even so, it'd be still be ~4.16kg of packaging per day (assuming 48 working weeks and 5 days a week)...

@quixoticgeek Actually... "if they make available on the market of that member state a quantity of packaging below 1 tonne per calendar year"

Re-reading that again now, it seems more as you hinted at, i.e. 1 tonne per member state per year... 🤷

@toxi phew. That makes life a lot easier. If you sold lots domestically, then got a small amount of international orders. Then it could tip you over into needing thousands on fees. Per country makes a lot of sense. That way of you only get one package a year to Slovenia, you don't get punished.

@quixoticgeek Yeah, exactly! Not considering small businesses with this new PPWR regulation has had absolutely disastrous consequences already (lots of small shops having had stop shipping to other member states or closing down completely). Don't know if you've seen my previous post[1] about the mess of a situation, but it's now taken ~60 days to have parliament and council to finally acknowledge and act on the problems this week, and hopefully fix/update legislation ASAP...
