That 'threat' - i.e;

"If we make zillionaires pay taxes like the rest of us, they will move away..."

I don't buy it.

Even if true in some cases... what exactly is the 'loss'? ... they will take their extractive and non-tax paying asses elsewhere? Is that the threat?
