- Stephenstephen@ephemera.vital.org.nzOct 16, 2026, 11:00 PMMeanwhile, I have this apple/cider in a fermenter from feral apples I got in April, and I also have a huge carboy of plum must from the neighbour's plums. So the best case is apple brandy and something like slivovitz/palinca. Worst case is 8l of ethanol for projects. Between now and this summer, I actually have about 12kg of fruit in a freezer and I think I'll have a go at a 3rd batch.
