OK, that's 2 of these GPS modules I've tried and both DoA

I get absolutely nothing out of them over UART and the PPS light is on solid

I can't really work out what could be wrong with them, the description says they should be 5v capable, over tried 3.3v as well. They are supposed to default to 9600 but I've tried other speeds as well.

It feels like there's too many other components for it to be a fake...

Any suggestions?
