Browsing @medieval_illuminations in the morning 😅👍

When I started with #ActivityPub for #WordPress, it was a small experiment. Now almost 4 out of 10 #Fediverse servers are WordPress sites, and it is still growing, slowly but steadily. Come and join us @activitypub.blog 🎉

Please remember to leave your feedback on the 5.0 design that’s live on mastodon.social and mastodon.online on https://community.joinmastodon.org or the team might not see it in time. There’s an upvote function next to topics (confusingly, not the reactions underneath) that lets you sort topics by most votes.

Handy klingelt. Nummer meiner Bank. Hm.

#scam

Thanks to the Google sharing link spam wave, I'm discovering TLDs I didn't even know existed :D

google.co.ve, for example. Or google.ht and google.ge.

The week only keeps getting better... apparently, multiple not yet fixed Linux kernel vulnerabilities were disclosed by accident when they were posted to the public mailing list rather than the private one. Oops.

Erzähl mal: was nervt dich am meisten an KI?

If all the governments shutting down their servers for a PHP vulnerability, all the hosting companies and enterprises terrified by the vuln, would give $100k, heck only $50k a year to the PHP Foundation, things could look very differently. Go make your employer sponsor *today* https://thephp.foundation/sponsor/ #php #phpc @thephpf

We now provide pre-computed secure private keys for certificate authorities in need

Would it be unreasonably cynical to wonder if Chainguard broke the PHP vuln embargo to create a crisis they could monetise? I hear their sales people have been calling around offering "protection".

My office has a "wellbeing room" for people to go and cry, have panic attacks, call their therapist, whatever. But between 11:30 and 1:30, I go in there to have my lunch. Nobody dares disturb me and that's great for my wellbeing

lol

Interesting how the Google Link Spam Waves mainly affects unmaintained accounts

I’m currently planning on finally completing my #PHP in IT. It feels like this is the right time.

Don't worry people, I'm making a patch
