It has been *checks notes* 0 days since I last mistakenly thought that because clicking on the volume icon in Apple Music on Mac opens the volume slider, clicking on it again closes it.

Silly me. Of course clicking on it again mutes the sound. It’s only ogical.

Screen recording of the right side of the player bar in app on Mac OS Golden Gate, showing the volume interaction.

In other Mac news, positive for a change, Mac OS 27.2 seems like it has improved Exposé/Mission Control a lot, at least in my use. Kind of inexcusable that they broke it so badly in the first place, but at least it didn’t stay broken all year (or worst case, forever more).
