There’s an idea — instead of AI-slop hold music, let people supply their own musical performances for the others on hold.

“Good morning, this is X, how can… Were you playing a flute?”

@cassana And when they hear it’s a reproduction of a 20,000-year-old flute made from the leg-bone of a sabre-toothed tiger, I bet they don’t argue about transferring the call to a manager. 😀
