Does anyone know of a decent IaaS that isn't one of the 3 giants and isn't Digital Ocean?

Needs:
- Managed DBs
- Compute (like droplets/EC2)
- Object Storage (S3)
- Load Balancers
- NOT to be donating to Omarchy

Currently thinking Vultr, Hertzner looks cool too but like more work.
