@OpenResearchIns continuing the alt text (ran out of characters):

The top wave is parallel lines that ramp down periodically. The effect is like two cars drifting across lanes of traffic together, then we start over from the lefthand land going all the way over to the right.

The second row is two parallel lines of randomized dots. This looks like two lush hedges in a garden, trimmed to be two long hedgerows together but not touching.

The third row is two bright lines, like skaters on a frozen river. They mirror each other's path, going apart then coming back together. Sometimes quickly, sometimes after a while. This makes large and small loops of definition, that are like beans but with smushed ends.

The fourth row is the same switched sides birds swooping back and forth type of thing, but instead of a bright line, the lines themselves are parallel ramps. This makes the lines very soft, but not randomized soft, but structured soft. It reminds me of the aliens in the Atari Space Invaders game.

Fifth row is very similar but with less horizontal uncertainty. The loops are all pretty much the same length with no variation to make it look chunky.

The sixth row is a sine wave, but instead of a bright line moving up and down in wave patterns, the line is replaced by a tiny spiral. So the line itself is a complicated thing, with repeating patterns. It makes the entire sine wave look more like a string of conch shells that you've made make large undulating waves than a gold chain with tight links.

The seventh row is similar, but with a much lower lazier smaller amplitude.

The eighth row looks like a gymnast is doing cartwheels. In a very very abstract sense. But it's like the olympics and someone did a long tumbling run.

The ninth row is dashed lines. Straight across, solid lines, interrupted but outages. beep beep beep all the way across.

The overall effect slows you down and makes you want to spend some time with it.

All of the signal lines are standard bright green against solid black background. If this was done in cross stitch, each of the rows would probably be a distinct color, chosen to represent some characteristic that the artist wanted you to notice.
