RIP Bioware. The writing has been on the wall ever since for some reason people didn't like Veilguard, but that doesn't make it suck less.

Not being able to set timers with voice commands is really throwing me for a loop. They were so key to my time management. I'm really struggling to get anything done.

I laid down for two minutes on my lunch break and getting back up was one of the hardest things I ever did.

I'm at peak crankiness levels this morning. I really just need to not talk to anyone until I can eat something with a lot of melted cheese on it.

I only do these posts when I'm in a very particular state of pre-bedtime delirium. Last night was maybe one of the most textbook examples of it.

I must depart, they're doing a reboot of canyons and I'm playing the bottom

I need to leave, I depreciated my ass

I gotta go, they got bogos over at the two-at-a-time's

I'm so goddamn tired, but still 7 subway stops from home. I wish I could teleport right into bed.

A friend invited me to LearnedLeague and it's taking a lot to overcome my implicit distrust against online organizations that make you use IRL names.

Voice commands on phone is long dead. They turned off the home assistant for Android fully. It's gemini or nothing, so nothing.

The Google Home I've been using for the last 10 years is finally dying. Hasn't been able to connect to wifi the last two days and it's a brick without it.

Here are the things I use it for:
* Setting timers
* Setting alarms
* Turning on and off the lights after I've already gotten into bed.
* Nothing else.

Probably impossible to get a device that can do this now without AI.

I'm not a stranger to thinking certain cartoon animal men are hot. But Death from the Puss'n'Boots movie? I don't get it at all.

I'm starting to get calendar invites for events in "November." Lol who's idea was this? That's not a real month, what da heck even is a Novemb?

The thing that kills me in Peak 95% of the time is not all the various enemies or environmental obstacles in the game. It's going for a climb I can make but actually can't without a safe place to fall to.

I've been playing Peak a lot on my own. It's a good podcast game since I've squeezed all the juice out of Slay the Spire II. But I just reached Ascent 6, which is where climbing starts to take 40% more stamina. I should give it a try, but this feels like the moment when challenge eclipses fun for me.

This came up once before, "owl noises" isn't a euphemism for anything. I just make animal sounds when I'm frustrated.

forget the week, let's see it if I can make it out of the hour

If I can survive the week without unmuting myself on a work call and making loud owl noises, I have all of next week off.

Some tiny hole has formed on my CPAP mask that makes a shrill whistling noise while I sleep. I've tried to plug it up with little success. I have a new one on order, until then I guess just bad sleeping only.
