Some subtext for why i'm especially disturbed by this: Chuck Tingle is a queer subversive author. "Love is real" is a core part of not only his messaging in his erotic & horror writing work, but his philosophy of life. It is a life-affirming catchphrase that is both obviously true but also subversive in a culture which routinely tries to frame love (of all kinds) as frivolous, a waste of time, or even dangerous & needing to be suppressed/repressed.
To censor this would be a very bad look.
