I'm not sure about the 'romantic' dress with the offcuts of other dresses but idk some of these are ok 🤣

Been making a bunch of dresses...

It seems like there's some neat new tools to make sprite sheets and embed them as print statements, so that's cool

Something something might make a little pico 1k game idk

@renkotsuban I know it’s been a kinda shitty week but happy birthday, I’m glad you’re my friend! 💜

Absolute MVP of Hobbit sealed

I went 3-0 1st place at The Hobbit pre-release so I guess it's time to retire from prereleases now 😂

*Every time* I get this e-mail...

I have an unexpected week off next week … mayhaps I’ll make something? Or make progress on making something??? Or just play Elden Ring all week???????

I am a child of my generation, we didn’t have much but we did have Crazy Frog. Also Pogs.

@renkotsuban FWIW, in case it helps you, I missed the block of instructions at the top of the Debian wiki page where they tell you to install the Linux headers, otherwise it just fails silently... That page is not very easy to parse.

I've wanted to explore moving away from Mac for a while and it seems like Linux has come on a lot since I last used it. Gnome has a very similar user experience to Mac and so much software just seems to work. We'll see if it lasts 🤣

A friend gifted me an HP Z6 (ex corporate machine that would have been shredded otherwise) so I've put Debian onto it and it's pretty fantastic (after fighting the NVIDIA drivers (yes I had that too @renkotsuban))

I finally finished Blasphemous so I should probably blog about it right??? 😀🙊

This is exactly the same game code on the desktop build (not locked to 30 so it's running faster)

OK, after a whole bunch of bullshit I've got this demo scene running at 30fps and I can probably get it to go faster if I do implement upscaling.

Watching someone play through StarFox; something I do think that Nintendo deserves props for is their decision to overtly credit their second-party studios. Velan Studios got a massive image at the start of the credit roll.

So apparently the Manifesto Jam had an article written about it on Kotaku and That Explains a Lot.

I don't think I actually want people to read my advice unless for some reason you've priced yourself into that over here.

Now I have the urge to make a Recency era murder mystery VN starring Lord Whiskers as the cat detective investigating the mystery of the herring head…
