The CSA owner said I could run with all the courgette (zucchini) blooms because he needed to clear the bed to make room for a new crop.

So fancy dinner at home today. Baby courgette with blooms stuffed with ricotta, sauteed onion & chili, salt, pepper, basil & egg.

Then roasted in the oven for 15 minutes until the stuffing was set and the courgettes tender.
