In engineering we say "Good, Cheap, Fast. Pick 2"'. AI is when you pick Fast twice.

But even if you don’t care about any of that, it is still a really bad investment. Be better.
If you think AI generated crap is “good”, that’s because you can’t differentiate chocolate from shit, all you can see is both are brown.
You’re entitled to your opinion, so even if others think it’s kinda fucked up, you can still eat all the shit you want.
It only becomes problematic when you start saying “shit is actually better than chocolate, everyone should drop chocolate and just eat shit”.
Today I saw “Meta glasses are the cybertruck for your face” and OMG that’s accurate.
BTW the correct answers for the examples are:
- tabs (unlees it isn't supported by the language, like in the case of yaml).
- early returns are bad.
- `null` is the devil (in JavaScript we have a much better `undefined` for that).
"This is how I've always done it" is only valid for users, but when I hear a dev use that as an excuse to justify why they do things the way they do (spaces instead of tabs, early returns, usage of `null`, etc) instead of having a logical reason, I cringe.
Maybe is because I constantly challenge the way I do things and I always try to find better ways of doing them (based in logic instead of tradition).
As soon as you call this late stage capitalism age we're live in "The Age of AI", I loose all interest in what you have to say next.
