I forgot to do the "mix the added psyllium husk through the muesli" dance this morning, and got a much higher ratio of psyllium in my breakfast.

I commented to my usual Woolies checkout lady that I hadn't seen her for a while, and she told me she'd been off with RSV.
Then got the flu.
Then picked up something from all the patients coughing and sneezing in her doctor's waiting room.

I didn't subtly touch my mask, or say anything, but I can't guarantee that I wasn't mentally broadcasting at full power "You. Could. Wear. A. Mask!!"

WRT the upcoming AusAlert test message, I've seen advice that, if you don't want your phone to sound a siren, then turn it off, bury it, buy a scam Faraday anti-alert bag, etc. but when I looked at my phone (Oppo running Android), I found these settings.

I did my first non cautious, non shakedown, ride on the sparkly wheels and new tires.

Wheee! and Whoosh!

It was quite windy, yet there was no scary twitching of the front wheel when hit by crosswinds. (That's supposed to be a benefit of the wavy profile, and was definitely better than my other carbon wheels)

Also despite quite a lot of headwind, a significant increase in my average speed.

And, they're sparkly! 🤪
