This morning I REALLY freak out when she shows up as 7lbs. Was about to book a vet appointment. But then I discover 2 kibbles that had gotten stuck under the scale

I removed them and reweighed her: she's at 10.5lbs 😭 Girl's been living the good life, but now she's gonna have to diet

Went to an out of town wedding as a bridesmaid over the weekend. Thankfully the hoop burn on my back healed enough that it didn't show much.

The whole thing lasted from 7:30am to 3am. I was standing for a large chunk of it. And danced almost non stop from 9pm to 3am. It's been 4 full days now and my knees STILL feel sore and weary 🫠

My sleep schedule also hasn't recovered yet.
I feel constantly pooped and drained.

Is this #ADHD or just age and a lack of standing endurance? :tiredcat:

Today I decided to make noodles from scratch. Looked up 3 recipes. Decided to follow the last 1.

It took me an hour longer than planned, so I was super hungry by the time it was done.

I ate it all, thinking it was 1 serving, even though it looked like quite a lot...

I just reread the recipe: IT WAS SIX SERVINGS 💀

One of the other recipes was for 1 serving and I had mixed them up in my head.

I went to ChuChai in #Montreal over the weekend and every dish was delicious. BUT THE DUCK! THAT PED PALO! It was SO GOOD! I'm still craving it. I think about it daily 😭 Pretty sure I even dreamed about it once.

Would love to be able to make it myself. I've tried looking up recipes but didn't find much? I specifically want it to have the crispy "skin" on top.

So... I gave myself a second degree burn last week on the hoop, on my upper back.

I was good and rested, but it finally stopped hurting and wasn't looking as pink/shiny today. So I thought I'd do some easy freestyle. I immediately forgot about it because #adhd and did a #ShoulderStand

Didn't notice it during the song, but it now hurts again😭 I hope this thing heals soon raahhhhh

Went to an intermediate/advanced class yesterday and learned this from a new instructor.

It felt super easy though... Consulted with friends who do more #AerialHoop than me, was told this is more of a beginner/intermediate combo 😭

I woke up super tired and feeling pretty meh yesterday.

Then proceeded to have a meh day in general.

Decided to do some low energy freestyle when I got home. It definitely helped lift my mood by the end of it.
