I government really want to free up places in our rpsions, how about they release people there for not paying the TV Licence Tax, or because they can't afford their council tax bill, or all the political prisoners currently held? They aren't a danger to anybody, they are not sex offenders or violent thugs. But they are being held in our rpisons. Release them first.

Arm starting to hurt now. It's always the same when I have an intra-muscular vaccine such as flu and covid.

The fires in #Spokane and the surrounding areas are horrific. I want to help, but prefer to donate to community aid and mutual aid groups, who are often much better connected to the local community than large relief organizations.

I’m looking for groups that look out for the marginalized, the unhoused, the people overlooked by large agencies. If you can recommend any, please list them here for everyone. Thanks.

Think about it. If millions of women wore smart glasses, recording men's behaviour, conversations, comments, their driving & bar chats ... can you imagine the panic? Smart glasses would be regulated before you can say the word 'Meta'.

Preliminaries done for setting up bed base tomorrow. When I'm fully awake, I'll dismantle the old bed so I have space, then can connect three sides with the headboard. and put the cross-piece in before building the upper part with the gas-lift.

Unite have already supported the Rainbow Quarter Blackpool Pride and Liverpool Pride and we hope to march in the Preston, Manchester and attend Trans Pride in Liverpool.

Weird Day. It's 77F in ur street with some sone but very black clouds in the south-east. Will carry my coat to appointment just in case.

The headboard part of the bed was weird, because you peel off velcro at the back and it's got the end bit, the gas lift, and under another piece of Vlecro are the screws and some other bits. Old bed won't be dismantled until tomorrow as the building is a job for tomorrow whilst waiting in for a telephone consultation.

Blimey, just got an x-ray appointment for next month at 6.40pm. That's late for NHS appointment.

My strong email to the bed company yesterday may have worked as what I hope are the last parts have just turned up. I shall find out later when I've had my shower and nurse appointment.

Meanwhile in Clacton, in the face of seeming lack of interest by the very person who called the by-election - the Facist Frog - we can expect a low turnout; moreover, while currently the Frog is seen as likely to win, we shouldn't forget if there is a (very) low turnout, then even small numbers voting for Count Binface might upset the predicted result.

And even if the Frog wins this does not stop either investigation into his finances.
