Proud of? 🤔 Beast Assassin?

A sullen face, thin lips, and a soured temperament kept others at a safe distance.

Safe for them, and that suited him.

Covered by a black cowl he moved as many others did, anonymous and unseen.

His strong physique and weapons were obfuscated by the voluminous cloak that he kept wrapped about him, albeit in a loose and careless manner.

Finished Dorelle's Journey - which I thoroughly enjoyed, and I'm trying to make time to read Kraken war - which I may achieve in the near future, if my muse will stop pointing the fickle finger of fate at whichever story shines brightest at the moment! ("Beast Assassin" vs "Dark Path" vs "Warlord Series Book V")

That depends on the story.

In "Neither Here, Nor There" Digger the dog competes with Billy for the spotlight. Though they mostly share it, Billy is the MC and Digger the SC (sometimes comic relief too).

#ScribesAndMakers 8/3—Are you more comfortable communicating verbally (or signing / other non-written) or in writing?

Once I would have said, writing was the best way for me, now I prefer in person (face-to-face not telephonic) conversations.

When using my second language it is much better face-to-face, and I have yet to venture into writing in Spanish instead of English. I have translated small stuff, but not written directly in Spanish.

Yes, it is and no, it isn't... because it reflects life, and life ain't no bed of roses and anyone who believes it is and expects stories to be 100% no sex, no drugs and no rock 'n' roll, no thud and blunder shouldn't even be reading fairy tales as they will give you nightmares!
