    Today is a bread making day

    Picture of an unbaked load of garlic herb bread in a glass bread pan. There's a sheen on the surface where I brushed it with olive oil to give it a nice, flaky crust. It still has almost a half hour before it's done proofing
    Picture of the recipe I used out of my cookbook 'The Art of Bread' for the loaf I made. The recipe is for a Victorian Milk Loaf, which is a basic load of white bread, perfect for sandwiches.
