Objection: at all places, the closest point on the Tropic of Capricorn is due north or south - parallel to the direction the nearest point on the equator (parallel but opposite of you're between the tropic & the equator). That sign post has them at a different angle. I mean, from NZ, technically any direction north of east-west eventually reaches the equator & the tropic of cancer, but the equator one is opposite the South Pole one & we usually mean the shortest route to pole, so the Tropic of Capricorn arrow is pointing wrongly.
Also the distance shown, pole to equator, is roughly 10,000kn which is right & the Tropic of Capricorn is roughly 2600km south of the equator, so the distance shown is about right - 2600km less than to the equator, so it should point in the same direction as the equator.
Vancouver should be somewhat East of North-South.
    Generally bad directions.
