Should a #nonprofit that appears to have not filed a required 990 form two years ago, in the same year that 75% of the more than $400k they raised seems to have been spent still be soliciting funds for new projects? One who's entire board appears to have silently resigned at some point? And where there is only one public name associated, and no bylaws, elections, or any managing processes published?
Should that ring alarm bells?
