I'm always aware of where I left my keys because I know they're chained the fuck onto my singular bag, and require quite a bit of manual strength to be removed from it. It's much harder to lose an entire bag than some keys! Or not notice if you drop it! That's also saved me from losing my keys inside the elevator shaft multiple times.
That said there's a reason why I've done that whole chain situation, so I wouldn't be surprised if that one won...

The biggest change in my life would be remembering Just One Fucking Thing for five minutes, because if there's more than a 20 second delay between me realising I need to remember something and writing it down, there's a high chance it's just gone forever!

@sinituulia I’ve never been able to wear white with impunity. So that would absolutely be a novel experience but…
My 80-HD self would be grateful to remember that one thing, instead of it immediately leaving my brain the moment i cross a threshold to a new room. 😅

@mycrowgirl Leaving one zone and having to load a new zone definitely always resets my memory, it's really inconvenient and I have complaints to the people who wrote the UI
