Every man must make a decision, if one will have a personal security or not.
For me I use no smartphone for example and would never send my passport-scan..
The European Data Protection Regulation still protects us from the fact that official matters can only be handled digitally. Still. It's more complicated than that, but as long as it's still possible, I'll use it that way.
What you describe in the articles (it's from you, isn't it?) goes beyond individual concern and will turn states into digital colonies.
This is something that Quinn #Slobodian and Yuval #Harari also describe in their books, even predict what will happen next. I think you'll know them.
