Jun 10, 2026, 12:25 AM@Lime what to call the music that you do... that's a problem i struggle with. i don't really like what other people label my music, and the things i think of don't really stick, but sometimes i think they're actually accurate.

@c_reider i just call what i do "computer music" because it kinda matches the different descriptors I've been given, but overall it's vague lol

@c_reider usually I get IDM/glitch/"autechrian"/algorave but I don't really know, I just like making my silly noises

@Lime i always think comparison labeling is sketchy. "autechrian".
i haven't had anyone review my music in a long time, but i used to constantly get "lynchian" and i was like what the fuck does that mean??

@c_reider yeah i often got all over the place labeling, "autechrian" "later-day Pita/John Wiese/Hecker", some comparaisons to spectralist composers or something
basically "weird beeps"
