    This weekend I made it most of the way through installing ARM64 Ubuntu 25.10 in a qemu VM to play around with the Canonical packaged snap of Steam for ARM64 that uses FEX to emulate x86/x64

    It was only near the end that I realized that Steam itself in the snap was the regular Linux x86/x64 binary being run under FEX

    Such folly. Valve give me a real ARM64 Steam client.
