Oct 7, 2026, 9:17 AMAs expected, he’s been offered a job in the central group, as a regional manager covering our school and a couple of others. Which would leave me mostly here alone.

He explained that the handing of tasks directly over to me was his way of trying to build me up for the change, to get me used to working independently.
Lukeluke@social.sdfeu.orgOct 7, 2026, 12:03 PM@Erased_Citizen but I’m guessing there’s no extra pay for you in recognition of these extra duties??

@Erased_Citizen I work at uni and my team of 6 has turned into a team of 4 while taking on extra work from all the other teams that have also been reduced. I just need a few more years and I can do early retirement. 🙏🙏🙏
