I don't appreciate the "preaching to the choir" type of political news that for some reason a lot of lefties and leftest outlets appear to be going towards

I especially hate the "screaming and pointing a gun at the choir" type of political messaging that some have chosen to do; that earns a mute/block from me

I don't need some stranger polluting my fedi timeline saying "such and such is bad!!!!" yeah no shit I've been negatively affected by it longer than you've been alive - you can either vent about your personal experiences about it or point to ways that the average person can help, otherwise go yell at the people who are actually doing the such-and-such instead of yelling at fellow victims
