The ISS orbits Earth at approximately 17,000 miles per hour, completing an orbit every 90 minutes. This rapid speed results in astronauts witnessing 16 sunrises and sunsets every 24 hours, meaning the visual cycle of day and night is much faster than on the ground, even though the clock time remains the same.
So it makes really sense.
