@coyotebroad @JMMaok For the last decade or so before I retired, I and my fellow faculty members worked under constant professional harassment and micromanagement just like the Smithsonian is experiencing now. Admins thought they knew more about every academic discipline and how to teach them. Few pushed back openly; I did and I was one of the loudest. No one listened or helped. I can only say welcome to the club Smithsonian.
