    So I did a formal complaint to my ADHD RTC people right?

    And it took a while, they kept sending me letters every 30 days saying "sorry it's taking a while, we're revising the deadline for another 30 days".

    Eventually I did get a response, from a no-reply email I'll add, that was a "we won't admit we fucked up but we admit that there were issues" type letter. As I expected.

    ...I'm STILL getting the complaint holding letters lol

    Like I don't know if that means they're still investigating it or if it just didn't get closed on the system.

    But given I was complaining effectively about being forgotten about, this is VERY FUNNY if it is that someone forgot to close my complaint formally.
