What for, to force them to terminate a pregnancy, i. e. have an abortion? That would be peak irony coming from the militant so-called "pro-life" camp.
Of course, they could just simply send back who turns out to be pregnant, like they do with all sorts of people for whatever reason immigration dreams up at the time without crawing about "unleashing federal law enforcement"
