@ascentale @grammasaurus @bikenite A1. Nashville, TN. We were under an Extreme Heat Warning all week, which turns into a Heat Advisory tonight. My best suggestion is to cycle early if you can. On days where I also had to ride in the afternoon this week (commuting), I took it slow, had a lot of cold water with me, minimized my distance, and stuck to shady roads as much as possible. It was still really tiring to be out in the heat & humidity though. #BikeNite
